The Tuesday after Labor Day is a bullshit day to get up at 5:45 and drag your ass to the park, but such is our lot. The suffering never ends.
It was bittersweet to see the sunrise, the first of the waning summer, which while beautiful also heralds the dying of the light, so to speak.
This morning’s fun went like this. Take a block. Do each exercise in that block for 30 seconds straight, transitioning immediately to the next exercise. It’s two-and-a-half minutes of constant fun. Give everyone a 30 second break at the end. Repeat each bock three times in a row, so you get your reps in, then move on to the next.
I ran a countdown timer to know when to call out the transitions.
