Suffer Club – Workout #65

Well, the September heatwave continues, the air so soupy it should have chicken and rice in it. So I planned a pretty chill workout for today. No real cardio. Mostly band work.

No one complained. We chatted quite a bit. A bug flew up my nose and made my eyes water.

  3. Triceps Dip x 10
  4. Curtsy Lunge x 10
  5. Curl x 10 (bands)
  6. Elbow-to-Knee Plank x 20
  7. Lat Pull x 10 (bands)
  8. Surrender x 10
  9. Hanging Knee x 10
  10. Star Jump x 5
