It’s important to note that the name ‘Suffer Club’ is meant ironically. We’re not the toughest. We’re not the most extreme. And so we have a rule that if the temperature is below 20F we don’t work out. Yesterday it was 21F, and it was breezy. I thought to cancel, but then didn’t. We worked out on the lee side of the school to keep most of the wind off us. It sorta worked.
To keep everyone somewhat warm, I put together a simple circuit with frequent cardio. Enjoy this for Thanksgiving!

- Full Court (Sprint one sideline of the b-ball court, side shuffle across the endline, back pedal up the other sideline, side shuffle across)
- Elbow-to-Knee Crunches x 10
- Burpees x 5
- Step Ups x 10

- Speed Skaters x 20
- Agility Ladder
- Lat Pulls (w/bands) x 10
- 1/4 mile run
