Suffer Club – Workout #16

Unseasonably warm today (as if there are seasons anymore). It rained through the night and the ground was wet, so it felt a little cruel to put the Suffer Clubbers on the ground first thing. But, we don’t call it Comfort Club. I sent them all home soaking wet.

Today’s workout was a classic snowball format. You go through the exercises and do one rep of each, then you start over and do two of each, then three of each, then four. You’re making progress too fast, and then everything slows down and gets hard.

We did 10 rounds, and a lot of the crew finished early. Your results may vary. Don’t forget to stretch afterwards.

You will notice that you are getting down on the ground and getting up again quite a lot. That’s on purpose.
