Suffer Club – Workout #23

Sometimes it’s better not to have a partner or a game. Sometimes it’s better just to get in your groove and work, and that’s what the classic Suffer Club AMRAP (As Many Reps as Possible) is about. Head down. One set after another until we run out of time.

  • 10 x Stiff Leg Deadlift into Squat (Arms out deadlift, sinking into squat)
  • 10 x Push Up w/ Shoulder Tap
  • Run to View (200 Meters)
  • 15 x Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 x Turkish Get Ups (with or without weight)
  • 20 x Frog Jacks (Deep Squat to Jumping Jack)
  • 20 x Reverse Lunge with Plyo Hop (Plyo burst off standing foot after lunge)
  • 20 x Squat Thrust
  • Run to Other View (300 meters with hill)
  • 20 x Spider Lunge
  • 15 x Kettlebell Overhead Press
  • 15 x Leg Lift
