Suffer Club – Workout #31

I was in the mood for something simple. A list of exercises, 10 reps each, keep moving. Lots of abs. This one was a little shoulder intensive too.

I will tell you that the Suffer Clubbers and I have alternate names for some of these exercises. You should use your own imagination. Ours are inappropriate in the best possible way. It’s important to laugh when you’re doing your third set of burpees.

We used the local playground for this one, so we had access to swings and benches and stairs. You may need to adapt, as always.
