It was a beautiful goddamned morning. The sun was shining. It was cool, but not cold. Gentle breeze. All the things. All the things.
And we had 15 hearty souls roll up for an hour’s worth of sweaty fun.
This is a basic circuit workout. Run through the exercise list, quick as you can without your form going to shit. Today, I exhorted my friends not to “phone it in” or “go through the motions,” but to push a little harder than usual. That’s coaching. That’s what they pay for.
Actually, I have been meaning to explain how Suffer Club works, and why this group of people has been meeting twice a week most weeks for a lot of years.
