Perfect morning weather. Sunshine. No humidity. Temperature hovering in the high 50s. Complaining is one of our favorite activities at Suffer Club, but I don’t think I heard one this morning.
This is another three location workout with a 1/4 mile or so between spots. Adapt as best you can.
Location 1
- 10 x Burpees
- 15 x Curls
- 10 x Suspended Tucks (We use playground swings. You can sub squat thrusts here, if you don’t have any other options.)
- 10 x Body Rows
- 10 x Hanging Knee Ups
Location 2
- 15 x Triceps Dips
- 10 x Walkouts
- 20 x Scissors
- 20 x Speed Skaters
- 15 x Glute Bridges
Location 3
- 15 x Kettlebell Swings
- 20 x Lateral Step Ups (10/side)
- 10 x Push Ups
- 15 x Diamond Sit Ups
- 10 x Squat Jumps
