I missed last week’s ladder workout because I was sick, and everyone said it was hard, so I brought the format back this week to get a taste of what I missed.
They were right. Hard.
Here’s how you do it. You do one of each exercise, and finish with stairs (or other short cardio blast). Then you do two of each, then three. On up to ten. Yes. It gets harder and harder, but these are arranged to give some flow to it, too.
We didn’t rep the stairs. In other words, we only did the stairs once at the end of every loop, but you can do multiples if you’re feeling spicy.

- Curl
- Lateral Raise
- Inclined Push Up
- Step Up (L+R)
- Squat Jump
- Jumping Jack
- Burpee
- Stairs (1x)
