Suffer Club – Workout #59

It’s almost headlamp time again, first light just barely letting us run our warm up without a lot of face-planting and ankle-twisting. The makeweight, as I said the other day, is that we get the sunrise while we work out.

This morning’s bunch of fun was a real burner. Short, simple, and hard if you kept moving instead of standing hunched over, with your hands on your knees, until your heart stopped thudding.

It’s a circuit. Start at the top, go to the bottom, start again.

10 x Push Ups

10 x Sit Ups

Agility Ladder (or any set up that works on proprioception and gets your heartrate up)

10 x Triceps Dips

10 x Squats

Run Stairs (again, if you don’t have stairs, any intense, 30 second cardio blast will do)

10 x Leg Lifts

10 x Curls

10 x Burpees

30 second Boat Pose

1/2 Mile Run (work in a hill if possible)
