Suffer Club – Workout #64

It’s the first day of school here in Massachusetts, a day for a fresh start. We started by sweating our fucking asses off in the park. Is DSS back? I don’t know. But here’s a workout in case you love/hate yourself as much as we do.

  1. Bird Dogs x 20
  2. Elbow-to-Knee Crunches x 20
  3. Reverse Lunges x 20
  4. Mountain Climbers x 40
  5. Jumping Jacks x 20
  6. Push Ups x 10
  7. Supermans x 10
  8. Bicycles x 20
  9. Jump Squats x 10
  10. Burpees x 10 OR 1/4 mile (hill) run
