Suffer Club – Workout #66

It poured rain all day yesterday and into the night, but we all needed to move, so we showed up anyway. I put together a simple circuit with a cardio focus that kept us off the wet ground.

The sun was bright and there was a good breeze.

  1. Full Court (We run the 4 side of a basketball court, forward down one sideline, side shuffle across, backpedal the other side, then side shuffle to where we started)
  2. Lat Pull x 10 (bands)
  3. Plank Jack x 10
  4. Step Up x 10
  5. Tri Dip x 10
  6. 1/4 mile run
  7. Curl x 10 (bands)
  8. Agility Ladder
  9. Inclined Push Up x 10
  10. Speed Skater x 20
