It poured rain all day yesterday and into the night, but we all needed to move, so we showed up anyway. I put together a simple circuit with a cardio focus that kept us off the wet ground.
The sun was bright and there was a good breeze.
- Full Court (We run the 4 side of a basketball court, forward down one sideline, side shuffle across, backpedal the other side, then side shuffle to where we started)
