Suffer Club – Workout #61

It was north of 50F when we stepped out the door this morning, and ok, the ground was wet, and we ended up sorta soaked, like we usually do, but if every morning was this morning it wouldn’t be so bad.

The workout is six exercises repeated in six locations. The locations are 50-75 yards apart. Ours snake up a hill. You use whatever terrain you’ve got. You’ll want that little run between spots to rest from all the push ups. It’s a fuck ton of push ups.

When you finish one round, and you’ve only been working out for about 40 minutes, you start another round where you only do ten reps of each exercise. Enjoy that.

  • 15 x Sit Ups
  • 15 x Squats
  • 15 x Leg Lifts
  • 15 x Triceps Dips
  • 15 x Plank Jacks
